Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, managing claims up to $25,000
• Handle both first and third-party auto liability cases, including medical payments and PIP
• Conduct investigations and negotiate settlements for injury claims
• Manage communications with clients and stakeholders through various channels
• Evaluate potential for subrogation and present cases for settlement authority approval

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and decision-making ability
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and function effectively in a team environment

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to company culture through participation in employee resource groups or volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
