• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive business planning and execution of product enhancements
• Develop product specifics and lead large initiatives critical to the success of the business

• Supervise product performance and ensure alignment within and across functions

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create effective presentations
• Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and pricing strategies

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
• Experience in consultative leadership and mentoring junior team members
• Demonstrated success in change management and influencing others
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
• Willingness to travel for enterprise meetings and team collaboration
