Position: Casualty Specialist, Evaluator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, handling both represented and unrepresented claims
  • Manage and resolve simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability claims
  • Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
  • Make coverage determinations and communicate effectively with customers regarding claims
  • Negotiate and settle claims within the authority limit without supervisory approval
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
  • 2-3 years of claims experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of casualty experience
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Experience participating in employee resource groups or community volunteering
  • Willingness to travel for role‑related meetings and events
