Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Manage and resolve injury claims with exposure valued less than $25,000
• Handle first and third-party auto liability cases involving injury
• Conduct investigative work and make coverage determinations
• Communicate with claimants through various channels including phone and email
• Represent the insured at settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials when necessary

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience strong>
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills and good command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or volunteer initiatives
• Willingness to travel as needed for role‑related meetings
