• Supervise product performance, including retention and claims trends, to meet business goals

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, including products and competitive landscape

• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentorship or employee resource groups
• Proven ability to think beyond departmental boundaries and contribute to overall company success
• Experience in change management and motivating teams towards results
• Willingness to travel for relationship-building opportunities and team meetings
