- In‑depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to company culture, including mentoring and volunteering
- Ability to think beyond individual roles and contribute to team success
- Experience in change management and motivating cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to travel for team meetings and relationship‑building opportunities
