What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement product plans for California property insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
  • Previous experience in state product management or related analytical roles
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • In‑depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability
