• Manage and resolve injury claims with exposure valued less than $25,000
• Handle both represented and unrepresented first and third-party auto liability cases
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on proper actions regarding coverage issues
• Participate in settlement conferences and potentially represent the insured at arbitrations or trials

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and function in a team environment

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
