• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and pricing strategies

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture and support employee initiatives
• Strong consultative leadership and advanced negotiation skills
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Willingness to invest extra time to fulfill business needs
