Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure claims, managing resolutions for cases with independent settlement limits up to $25,000
• Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases, including unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions regarding claims
• Present cases in committee settings and negotiate settlements independently

• High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for role requirements
