This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Broker based in La Mesa, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include working with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored insurance and bonding solutions, managing accounts, and maintaining long‑term client relationships. Additional duties include negotiating policies with underwriters, providing professional guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the company’s commitment to quality service and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and general Insurance practices
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Experience in Underwriting and evaluating insurance risks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Licensed in commercial insurance brokerage or willingness to obtain licensing
• Previous experience in the contractor insurance industry is a plus
