• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in personal lines P&C insurance
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical roles, or product strategy is required
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Demonstrated leadership in shaping company culture and mentoring others
• Ability to travel for meetings and relationship‑building opportunities
• Experience with change management concepts and practices
