• Strategize, build, and implement product plans for assigned markets, ensuring compliance

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Thorough knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture through mentoring and volunteering
• Strong consultative leadership orientation and advanced negotiation skills
• High-level knowledge of change management concepts and practices
• Willingness to invest extra time and help other teams as needed
