Yacht Specialty Affluent Personal Lines Account Executive; FL hybrid or remote

• Assess risks and negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers
• Deliver and review new and renewal policies for accuracy with clients
• Manage an existing portfolio of business while expanding the client base
• Develop and nurture new relationships within the NFP network and external stakeholders
• Maintain documentation and communication related to client accounts and policies

• BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of industry and product line experience, ideally with yacht-specific coverage
• Knowledge of yacht insurance terminology, policy wording, and market guidelines
• Proficient in Excel and general computer applications
• 220-Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire

• Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present numeric data effectively
