Disability and Waiver Specialist; Hybrid OR REMOTE

• Review and analyze claims for waiver of premium benefits, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain organized records of all processed claims and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to premium waiver claims
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex claim issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long Term Disability and Life claims or a related field
• Experience with waiver of premium for Long Term Disability and Life Claims coverages
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity while exploring multiple solutions

• Previous experience with FINEOS Claims software platform preferred, but not required
