• Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent or similar role.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the appropriate state.
• Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
