What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead strategic initiatives for California Auto to drive profitable growth across multiple products and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure effective planning and execution of product enhancements and rate actions
  • Develop product specifics and manage large initiatives critical to business success, covering design, pricing, and policy development
  • Oversee product performance metrics, including retention and satisfaction, and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and trend analyses to inform product strategy and market positioning
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
  • Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
  • Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and supportive company culture
