Agent in Training - Career Transition

• Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and health
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Support agency operations and day‑to‑day workflows
• Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
• Engage in community networking and relationship building

• Background in banking, finance, sales, customer service, or advisory roles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
