The Thomas Humphreys Farmers Agency is one of the most promising agencies in our district. Thomas has LEADS and is seeking two Licensed Sales Producers NOW that are top producers! Or believe that they could be if they had the leads, training and support that would propel them to success! Farmers Insurance District 3504 is a Presidents Council district (Top 1% of Districts Nationwide) and we are led by a dynamic team of professionals.

The Thomas Humphreys Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join their amazing team as a Full-Time Licensed Sales Producer.

You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. • Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work from home; hybrid schedule is available after training is completed.

You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 5 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
• Track Record of Success (calls a day and close ratio).

An assessment is required to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
