• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in personal lines P&C insurance
• Prior experience in state product management or related roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and pricing

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated consultative leadership and advanced negotiation skills
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Participation in employee resource groups or cross-functional projects
• Willingness to invest extra time to fulfill business needs
