Rural Mutual Insurance Company is looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Product Training Specialist to support our agents, underwriters, and claims teams.
Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training, serve as a trusted subject matter expert, and help ensure consistent understanding and use of Rural Mutual products across the field. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, and Agency teams to support successful product execution in the marketplace. This role offers a dynamic blend of training delivery, product expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Hybrid/TravelThis hybrid role requires the ability to travel regularly to our Madison home office to conduct training and support business needs.
