• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in personal lines property and casualty insurance.
• Proven experience in state product management or related analytical roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of the P&C insurance industry and financial profitability drivers.
