This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Bowling Green, KY, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Insurance Producer will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include selling insurance products, managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Sales and broad knowledge of insurance products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• High level of Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and understanding client-specific coverage needs
• State insurance licensing (or ability to obtain licensing promptly)
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience with hybrid work environments is a bonus
