Field Claims Specialist - TN Workers

• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure
• Analyze coverage, determine compensability, and establish benefits
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with claimants and insureds
• Prepare large loss reports for internal and external audiences
• Negotiate settlements and attend settlement conferences, pre-trials, and trials as assigned

• Minimum of 10 years of Tennessee workers' compensation claims adjusting experience with higher exposure claims
• Active Tennessee BWC Adjuster Certification preferred
• Must reside in Tennessee
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external contacts

• Industry designations such as Associate in Claims will be strongly considered
• Experience in handling complex claims that require strategic resolution
