• Conduct outbound calls to welcome newly issued businesses and assist with policy-related inquiries
• Collect the first premium from customers to activate their Life Insurance policies
• Make outbound calls to internet-generated leads to engage potential customers for the Sales Team
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with policy service correspondence and error corrections
• Execute special projects that involve making calls for campaigns and recording customer activities

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer payments via credit card and bank draft
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills
• Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask from various sources

• Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
• 1+ years of office experience or telecommunications experience
• Background in Life and Health insurance and knowledge of insurance operations
• Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to analyze situations effectively
