• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing claims handling

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar insurance role
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims in a remote setting
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and industry regulations
