Job Title: Personal Lines Licensed Account Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (New Jersey)

Salary Range: $40K to $60K Annual

A New Jersey insurance license is preferred.

We are actively hiring a Licensed Account Manager – Personal Lines to join our growing team in New Jersey. This is a priority role
, and we are moving quickly to identify and interview qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing personal lines insurance accounts and delivering excellent client service.

• Manage and service a portfolio of Personal Lines accounts
• Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
• Advise clients on coverage needs and policy options
• Communicate with carriers and advocate for clients
• Maintain accurate client and policy records

• 3+ years Personal Lines account management experience
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting rules
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in client situations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• ACSR or similar insurance designation (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
