This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager based in Newton, NJ, allowing flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee insurance policy needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, processing policies, coordinating renewals, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for sales and upselling related to insurance services.

Collaboration with team members and adherence to industry standards is essential.

• Account Management and Customer Service skills with a strong client‑focused approach
• Knowledge of Insurance products and practices with the ability to manage policies effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration
• Basic Sales capabilities, including identifying opportunities and promoting relevant insurance services
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in standard office software; experience with insurance management tools is a plus
• Licensure in property and casualty insurance is preferred but not mandatory
