This is a full-time hybrid role for an Xactimate Insurance Specialist, based in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. The role requires expertise in preparing estimates using Xactimate software for insurance claims related to roofing and water restoration projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and insurance adjusters, providing accurate and timely estimates, updating project progress, and ensuring adherence to insurance protocols.

While the role primarily operates in the Wichita area, some work from home flexibility is available.

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understanding of financial principles as they relate to insurance and claims
• Proficiency in Xactimate software and the ability to produce detailed and accurate estimates
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of roofing and water restoration processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in insurance or construction are an advantage
