• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating, supporting individual account pricing and portfolio-level analyses
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analysis and document assumptions and methods in an organized manner
• Prepare actuarial findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support and insights
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues depending on experience

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis
• Or a graduate degree in the same fields with 3 years of relevant experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to company culture
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
