Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and retain a profitable book of commercial insurance business.
  • Evaluate client needs and deliver customized risk management and coverage solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Must-Have Skills
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving and exceeding performance goals.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or account management.
  • Experience working with a variety of commercial lines carriers and underwriters.
  • Familiarity with advanced risk assessment tools or software.
  • Established network for generating prospect leads and referrals within the insurance industry.
