(Job Responsibilities)

• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and cross-functional team alignment
• Drive strategy for personal lines budgets while advocating for state-specific needs
• Develop and implement strategies that meet membership needs and achieve financial targets
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies
• Utilize data to inspire action and drive profitable growth

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Demonstrated track record in product management for medium to large business accounts
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Active engagement in shaping company culture through mentoring and collaboration
