This is a full‑time remote position for a Casualty Claims Adjuster. The role involves managing claims processes, handling claims investigations, and resolving claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Responsibilities include evaluating property damage, determining liability, negotiating settlements, and maintaining professional communication with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders. The Casualty Claims Adjuster will work to provide excellent customer service during each step of the claims process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Claims Resolution and Claims Management
- Experience in Claims Handling and assessing Property Damage
- In‑depth knowledge of Insurance principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience in casualty insurance or related fields is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications or insurance licenses are advantageous
