Location: New York

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor - Insurance to join their team. As an Internal Auditor - Insurance, you will be an integral part of the Internal Audit Department supporting the MAR and Life insurance auditing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Internal Auditor - Insurance

Location: New York, New York, or Remote

Pay Range: $75/HR

What's the Job?
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of MAR and Life insurance policies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for audit purposes.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with clarity and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain audit quality and relevance.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in internal auditing within the insurance sector, specifically with MAR and Life insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey audit findings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
