Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility and work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, selling health and life insurance policies, and assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance solutions. Additional tasks include providing expert guidance for policyholders, navigating coverage options, ensuring documents and processes adhere to compliance standards, and contributing to a professional, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Experience or knowledge in Finance-related matters, including planning and risk management
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client-focused engagement
  • State licensure in health and life insurance required; additional related certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry preferred
