This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Property and Casualty. The position is based in Exton, PA, with the flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include marketing and selling insurance products, assisting clients in selecting suitable coverage options, managing insurance policies, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance
• Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with financial services related to insurance
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance licensing
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
• Experience in flood insurance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in insurance, finance, or a related field
