Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid Remote

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and specialized insurance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lines insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) + new business commission opportunities
• Work Schedule:
  
  Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)
• Travel:
  No travel required

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in cigar-related businesses.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, binding, and servicing new and renewal business ("soup to nuts").
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilize AMS
  360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

• Licensure/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; experience with captive insurance is a plus.
• Account Management:
  Familiarity with managing accounts up to $50,000 in size.

  Proficiency in AMS
  360 software or similar platforms.
