Overview

We are a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth. We are looking for licensed life insurance agents to join us. If you are not licensed, our fast-track program can guide you through getting licensed in as little as a few weeks, and we sponsor pre-licensing classes for those who are a good fit.

- Virtual sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or face-to-face sales available.

- No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or similar approaches. We work with clients who fill out forms, whether digital or physical, that are curious about learning more about life insurance. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection.

- Highest starting compensation in the industry. Unlike traditional companies which start at 25% or 40% commission, our typical agents start at 70% and can go up to 140%.

Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers who sell high-ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities). We are not a traditional life insurance company that sells traditional life, final expense, or low-premium products. We work with a multitude of carriers across the US and operate 100% through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings.

Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 per week on leads and writes $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We are not looking to lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system to plug into, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more agents. Don’t waste our time as we are not trying to waste yours.
