Senior Claims Adjuster - Workers Compensation job at General Placement Service. Baton Rouge, LA. Our client is a private, mono-line Workers Compensation company looking to hire 2-3 Claims Adjusters with multiple levels of experience. They actively promote from within the company therefore an entry level adjuster can advance to a senior level adjuster within a short period of time.
Candidates will work on a hybrid schedule reporting to the office 3 days per week and work from home the remaining 2 days.
Responsibilities- Initiate and conduct investigations
- Determine compensation and set reserves
- Manage a caseload of 80-90 claims
- Effectively communicate with all parties involved throughout the claims process
- 2+ years of Workers Compensation claims experience
- Louisiana Adjusters License required
