We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This full-time position offers flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or in-office, based on your experience and performance. You'll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most, while enjoying a supportive environment, advanced tools, and opportunities for career advancement.
- Base Salary + Commission $65,000 - $85,000
- Paid time off (PTO)

- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with warm leads
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency-wide targets
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects
- Offer a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life
- Refer clients to financial specialists for life insurance and retirement planning
- Current Property and Casualty license required
- Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
- Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
- Comfortable making 75+ calls daily using our cutting-edge phone system
- Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver exceptional service
