A leading insurance and risk management company is offering the Emerging Talent INVEST Program, a 6-month fully remote immersive learning experience designed for recent graduates. Participants will engage in structured learning, mentorship, and real-world claims management scenarios. Key responsibilities include shadowing claims experts, practicing in a simulated environment, and gradually taking ownership of claims. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.

Starting salary is $60,000 USD with competitive benefits.
