• Apply claims‑management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with all parties in the claim process to ensure clear communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, showing empathy throughout the claims journey.
• Handle claims in line with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, while meeting statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the desired outcome of the claim file.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims with minimal supervision.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, prioritize tasks, and serve clients and claimants effectively.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims and business software.
