- Apply claims‑management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
- Interact extensively with all parties in the claim process to ensure clear communication and resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, showing empathy throughout the claims journey.
- Handle claims in line with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, while meeting statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the desired outcome of the claim file.
- Claims Background:
Commercial General Liability - Jurisdictional
Experience:
Any - Active Adjusters’ licenses:
Any - Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims with minimal supervision.
- Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
- Think critically, solve problems, prioritize tasks, and serve clients and claimants effectively.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience.
- Appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled.
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with claims and business software.
- Bachelor’s Degree
