As a Field Property Adjuster you investigate and confirm the facts of loss for advanced homeowner’s claims, determine coverage, estimate damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within your authority limits.

We are looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Property Field Adjuster based in Milwaukee, WI or within close proximity to Madison, Kenosha, West Bend, Oshkosh, or Waukesha. The role involves managing moderate residential and some condo claims, conducting in‑person inspections and virtual assessments from home. Success requires strong conflict‑management skills, proficiency in Xactimate, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Build functional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Apply a sound understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities within authority limits.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
• Use estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages on advanced first‑party homeowner claims.

• Field Property Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $77,800.00 per year
• Field Property Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – $82,500.00 per year
• Field Property Adjuster Sr Cons I: $65,600.00 – $98,200.00 per year

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications and may include additional components such as incentive pay.

Applicants holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment.
