• Manage field-related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness.
• Serve as a liaison with home office managers/officers on sales-related issues, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• In partnership with Sales leadership, develop and execute field communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
• Participate in sales projects as needed or requested, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Ability to travel up to 50%

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their life insurance product knowledge
• Stands out for their strong initiative, high energy, and natural outgoing style
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is recognized for their ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams and executive leaders
• Has 4 years of experience in insurance sales
