Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial insurance who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts, focusing on renewals and providing exceptional service to valued clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after a 90-day training period, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work.

• Salary Range
  : $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, primarily in the hospitality sector (e.g., hotels, restaurants)
• Handle the entire renewal process, including marketing renewal accounts
• Collaborate with the marketing department for new accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilize Epic software for account management
• Assist with certificates of insurance as needed (supported by a third-party service)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Licenses/Certifications
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; company supports and funds professional designations such as CIC, CISR, and CPCU
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferred; candidates with strong potential and relevant experience as an assistant will also be considered
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
