Sr. Field Adjuster, Homeowner Claims – Tulsa, OK

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a leading personal lines property and casualty insurance group, is hiring a Sr. Field Adjuster, Homeowner Claims. This remote position is based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding areas with local travel required.

As a Sr. Field Adjuster, you will obtain and record required loss information from insured parties, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle homeowners’ property and personal property claims, including adjustment to conclusion. You will be the owning adjuster for all claims assigned at the Field Adjuster level and are expected to progress to Level 5 Homeowner Adjuster.

• Investigate and evaluate all elements of property loss claims of moderate‑high severity in the field and virtually.
• Contact and meet with insured or third parties virtually or in person to photograph and inspect damaged dwellings, other structures, and personal property.
• Determine scope of repairs and prepare a repair bid using Xactimate estimating system.
• Negotiate agreed cost of repair with insured or contractor and follow the repair process to conclusion.
• Investigate and identify cause of loss in collaboration with experts when needed.
• Settle and pay dwelling or structure damages after coverage analysis.
• Handle all correspondence to ensure file regulatory compliance.

• 6+ years related professional experience with transferable skills, including 4+ years claims experience emphasizing homeowner claims.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or higher may substitute for 2 years experience.
• Knowledge of Xactimate repair estimating system and homeowner policies/procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; alternative transportation acceptable for transporting equipment.
• 2+ years field experience and knowledge of home construction desirable.
