• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized insurance advice and solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their unique insurance requirements.
• Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely in both English and Spanish.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Process new applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide the best service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and retention strategies.

• Valid Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
• A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.
