About the Role

Position:
Spanish Translator in Claims Operations. This role works out of the Lakeland, FL office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
  • Process and organize claim file information for basic claims across multiple lines.
  • Handle moderately complex claims, including coverage questions or recovery potential.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work out of the Lakeland, FL office, with a hybrid work environment of 4 days in office and 1 day work from home.
  • Read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish (role requires Spanish translation).
Job Requirements Education

High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in claim operations or customer service.

Scope of Job/Qualifications

Develop knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies; possess effective analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization; working knowledge of claim data processing systems; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
