Position: Claims Operations Associate I

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information.
  • Prepares and maintains records.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.
Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).

Scope of Job/

Qualifications:

Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance‑related policies. Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.
