Farm Family is seeking a Sr Field Claims Specialist to manage property claims, including high severity losses in West Virginia. Responsibilities include inspecting damage, negotiating claims, and assessing coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in insurance or related fields, a high school diploma, and must be able to obtain a state license. This position offers a full-time remote work option and requires considerable physical effort, including lifting up to 80 pounds.

Salary range is $68,100 - $125,000.
