What You’ll DoAs an Auto Liability Claims Adjuster, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers get back on the road after an accident. This position focuses on building relationships over the phone and managing claims from start to finish.
- Determine coverage and liability
- Conduct recorded statements with policyholders and involved parties
- Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate settlements with customers and other carriers
- Review damage appraisals and authorize payments
- Communicate claims procedures clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim file documentation
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (ISO, CMS, etc.)
- Auto Adjuster License / Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling auto liability claims
- Experience with non-standard auto liability preferred
- Ability to manage claims independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient with computers and claims management systems
- Salary: $50,000 + annually
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Full-time, partial work from home available - Benefits Include:
